My wife and I visited Vegas last week. After spending a day on the Strip, we were looking for something a little bit more low key, so we decided to go happy hour hopping on Fremont Street. Unfortunately, we had already eaten at a few places before we made it to Park, so we didn't get any food here. However, the drinks and atmosphere were really great.
Upon walking into the bar, we were greeted by the bartender who was very friendly and told us we could grab a seat anywhere. A few seconds later a server came to take our orders. Park has some really great happy hour deals. We each ordered vodka sodas which were only $3 each. Living in the Bay Area for the past 5+ years, it has been a long time since I've been to a nice place with drink prices this low. Many of the food items on the happy hour menu looked enticing but we were still really full from lunch.
After finishing our drinks, we walked around the bar and the back patio and admired the artwork. I liked that they went with bold style choices and weren't afraid to be a little outlandish.
Overall, this was a cool bar with great service. Next time we are in Vegas, we will definitely return to Park on Fremont.
