  • WORST COMPANY EVER! The husband/owner is a abusive @ss on the phone! I RSVP'D a bounce house and was told it was going to be there two hours before our party actually started. Fine I can accept that. Got to the site 15 minutes late and his crew already had the bounce packed up to leave when I showed up! As I was talking to the husband/owner on the phone and yes he was screaming at me that I was late and he doesn't have time for this, his crew loaded up the jump house in the trailer. He then tells me that I need to put his crew on the phone and that they will blow up the bounce house for our party. THE BLOW UP CREW TOOK THE PHONE BACK AND LITERALLY RAN TO THE TRUCK WITH THE BOUNCE HOUSE AND TOOK OFF! I had a party planned for 500 people. THANK GOD I DIDNT HAND THEIR CREW THE CHECK! Luckily I called another jump house company and they brought one within the hour. YOUR COMPANY IS A JOKE!
