  • Nick is really confident in his technicians and his business. I went for a oil change came home one Ct of oil was running down my drive way . Looked under the vehicle the new filter was covered in oil. Had to get up under the car and turn it my self and these were pretty big clockwise turns . He offered to fix the issue and put more oil in the vehicle and a free oil change? 1st of all the problem was fixed thank goodness it was or my motor would have locked up . And I had already added the additional oil which wasn't much thank goodness. So I am guessing this next thing is just a coincidence my thermostat housing blew out two weeks later after they did the coolant flush. Literally no coolant was in the vehicle it could have ran super hot. Went to corporate thought they would route me to a district guy or something. Nick called from the shop which I knew he would defend the situation because that is his job. The fact that they could have been liable for replacing my entire motor in my car didn't really resonate with him I guess . I saved that from happening because obviously I know a little about cars. And didn't want to be inconvenienced with trying to find rides. In the end all I got was the same thing as the oil filter a defense talk and no money back . He basically told me they used no pressure when flushing the coolant ? That they use a additive which I find very interesting . So if you are not flushing then what am I paying for I could have drained the fluid myself . My mechanic felt that the pressure from what ever they did caused it to possibly happen. In the end I think this will be my last rodeo two services and in the end I had to go behind them on both . Not sure about the thermostat but in the end no way to prove it .If they had of handled it better I wouldn't be writing this review . I will thank him for replacing my $ 11 oil plug last visit after I noticed the leak again . Not happy with customer service lying to me saying a district person was going to contact me. I guess I should have let the motor go bone dry ! This way I could have gotten 4K or possibly a new car instead of just asking for all my money back. Cause if a $ 100 means that much to them then they can keep it . This is a honest review not trying down talk . But in the end the two services I feel I didn't receive I had to do the work myself.
