When you're the only game in town, I guess service doesn't have to be a priority. While the diapers themselves were generally in good condition, this company is a total disaster when it comes to service. Some examples:
-Diapers are the wrong size - and they refuse to make a replacement delivery until the following week.
-Too few diapers arrive - and they require you to drive to their location if you want the rest.
-Diapers arrive when you're on vacation - and they refuse to remove the charge even though you notified them ahead of time.
We cancelled and bought our own diapers after 3 months of their ridiculous "service."
Communication is nonexistent - call them, email them: no response unless you're lucky enough to get a human voice between 4:40 and 4:41 on the second Wednesday of years ending in 3. Got a billing error? Good luck.
I have warned total strangers to avoid this company when I overheard them considering a service. I'm warning you.
Cloth diapers are wonderful, Mother Nature's Diaper Service is not. Spend $200 (less than 4 months of service) and buy your own cloth diapers. You'll save yourself headaches as well as money.
