  • Don't move into Sonoma villas. they trap u into a lease by not showing u where u will be living,but instead the two perfect models. one would thank that there apartments would look somewhat like the model but that is not so. the apartments are so old walls are paper thin and then u got the issues of the bugs. Iam so discusted with this dump. everyone throws there couches and matresses out so the dumpsters that they have for trash are always over flowing. and of coarse when u tell them there's no more doggie bags they never fix the problem. management sucks at this place the leasing agents don't even communicate with th apartment manager geez I wonder why. I got a note saying g I could still renew my lease even though I gave 60 days notice. when I brought it to the apartment manager it took her two days to decide that I had to move. and I know why it was to cause I wouldn't change my review that I put up about this place when I moved in. she called me in the office to ask me how unprofessional is that????Has her favorite tenants and allows people that aren't on a lease to live there. how unprofessional is that. she is aware of this and instead does nothing about it. she makes tenants angry and then wonders why someone threatened her life. My satallite dish was right outside my bedroom window on the rocks. Not in the middle of the sidewalk. She insisted that I put it on the patio cause it was a "trip hazard". First off people shouldn't be outside my bedroom window. Second of all if u don't see the huge dish that is sitting there is something major wrong. Trip hazard for who the druggie u allow to live there. Everybody that I told that she thought it was a trip hazard looked at me like she is crazy..... overall the place needs to be destroyed and rebuilt. I say this cause everyone is infested with black mold. the office manager is jacking the rent up so high. the place isn't even worth it. u could get a house for what she is asking. for those of u that think this is the only place u can afford to live. it isn't there are alot of decent aoartment complexes that are less then this place. Stay clear of Sonoma Villas it is highly drug infested and the cops are always there for something. Do yourself a favor stay away this place is a nightmare. ....people are leaving this place as fast as people are moving in the apartments are a dump.... STAY AWAY... .
