We bought a car here a few weeks ago and had a good experience. I had seen the one I liked online before we went in, but the no-pressure atmosphere had me actually checking out other offerings on the lot. Most seemed to be a good value. The car we wanted actually had a dead battery when we first went in (oops!), but our salesman John seemed even more concerned than we did. He cautioned us to take a night to think about it while he had it checked out to be sure it was just the battery. He called the next morning as promised and said that it was just the battery and it had been replaced. Sold. Financing was pretty reasonable.
The only reason I wouldn't rate them a 5 is because of the one aspect of the experience that is the same as traditional car sales--the extended warranty upsale. This was a full on scare-you-into-it push to get us to buy it. We did. I looked into it more (bad reviews galore) and ended up going back to cancel it for a refund (first 30 days). Again it was a fight, but he said he'd send in the paperwork to cancel and refund.
Overall I would recommend buying a car here, just pass on the extended service contract. Or just go browse. You're bound to find a pretty good deal on relatively low mileage vehicles without buzzards circling you the whole time.
