Bardot Brasserie definitely captures a very busy and modern French bistro vibe! The Steak tartare was spot on and delicious. L'Oreilles de Cochon (crispy breaded pig ears & sauce béarnaise) were mildly crispy, slightly salted and tasty. My wife decided to have the Alaskan King Crab and Macaroni & Mimolette gratinée as entrées. It was a delight, as I was told. My Oak-Smoked Duroc Pork Chop, was super tender and full of flavor. Pretty smoky though, as advertised. The bartenders and wait staffs were not perfectly fluid, in the way they engage, anticipate my needs and communication. Just a bit rough around the edge. Just need slightly more training to make this restaurant top notch! But Overall a good meal...
