I brought my engagement ring there to be sized smaller and it was the second place I had brought it to. The other place had it for a week and failed to tell me their laser was broken. Anyways, I felt confident leaving it there and they said it would be less than a week. I called a week later to see if I could pick it up and they said yes. I got there and the lady brought it out to me and it wasn't even round. It looked like a square. I was shocked and she said they couldn't round it out because they had taken it down so much in size that it might crack. I wasn't happy and so she gave it back to the person in the back room and I waited a few minutes. The groove where it was cut was now smoothed out but the ring was still square! She told me if I wasn't happy with it in a few days that I could bring it back and that it was covered through them. Without breaking down in tears, I said let's skip the couple days of me being unhappy and do something for me now. She then gave it back to the person in the back room and gave it back to me round. What was so hard? Isn't this your job? How did they think they were going to actually get someone to walk out of their store happy with a brand new engagement ring that they ruined? I will never go back.
