What a wonderful little tribute to the desert. I explored this place with my 70 year old mother and 40 year old sister. It was a perfect light activity when starting early, by noon in April we were dying of heat. Arizona truly is as hot and dry as they say. We walked around the different exhibits and read the numerous signs regarding all the plant varieties. After about two hours of exploring and the sun rising to full heat, we took a break in the garden cafe. Plenty of water filling stations, so be green and bring a container to fill up.
Food looks better than it tastes. But the cocktails and cheese board are on point. So stick to nibbling and drinking on your visit.
