| - A wonderful hotel. Every personnel was courteous, warm, and friendly. Number one compliment goes to our three concierges, who booked us to the best restaurants in Old Montreal. Barocco was memorable for its seafood paella, Garde-Manger for its Scallops, and best of all, Club de Chasse and Peche, where the suckling pig risotto and the surf and turf were magnificent.our food guide ( Phillipe) added to the overall dining experience. The hotel restaurant , Sinclair, has a top shelf waitstaff, and very good food. Kudos to General Manager, Yannick, for leading this team . Recommend without reservation. Oh, did I mention the great location of the hotel with most things walkable? Did not need a rental car. Taxis are abundant.
