  • When I lived in the 89123 area, I was here every day. They know how to make a good cup of coffee, and if you're not happy they're willing to make it right. I'm so excited about their second location near my downtown home. Originally the shop was half of the size it is now, but they bought the space next door and expanded! It's the best place to study and close to UNLV if you're itching to leave campus. They change their flavors with the seasons and I'm a fan of their Christmas/holiday flavors. The only complaint is that when I do opt for a hot drink, most of the time it comes out too hot and burns the integrity of the milk (yes there is such a thing). I can't complain because it seems like Sambalatte is the only coffee shop in town who has gotten the milk temperature right, but I digress. On hot summer days which is 80% of the year here in Vegas, I get an iced O.G 1/2 sweetened with almond milk! So delicious and it wakes me up instantly. Happy to be a part of the Grouchy John Nation!
