Camera Locate Breakage for a Plumbing System

Friday at 3:30 no show, no call, so I called. The young man answering immediately got defensive and said they sent me an email with a window of two hours for my appointment. (I got 2 emails, one saying my job status was changed to new, another saying they would call, but never did. Neither had a "window" of time.) He said they would call when the plumber was dispatched.
By 5:30, still no call, so I called back. Voicemail was full and I couldn't leave a message. At 7:30 I finally got a call and told the plumber I was no longer interested since they couldn't even call me back and I couldn't leave a message. He at least was apologetic, but I don't see anything about this company that's professional enough to make me let them work on my home.
I never got a call from anyone in management so I can only conclude they have enough business they're not concerned about getting mine.
