  • oh my god, think of a parody or comedy skit, the worst story you've ever heard, the kind where you think that could never really happen, no one could really be that horrible...then you've discovered Cox, it's unbelievable how ignorant everyone there seems to be, like it's everyone's first day on the job all the time, seriously...makes me sick that a business with such bad practices can exist today... :(
