  • I don't know exactly how to write this review, the food, as normal, was awesome but today I was treated less than respectful from the manager (?) Jennifer. I had won a couple of 9" subs that I had brought a friend, who had never been there before, along to have lunch with me. I showed her my codes and the text that said they were good until 11/30-she proceeded to rudely tell me it was expired but she would honor it "this" time. I was totally embarrassed in front of my friend because it was all spelled out in a text from their office. After we ate & when no one was at the counter, I went back up to tell her she had embarrassed me and made me feel like a idiot in front of my friend. She yelled and said she never called me a idiot, which I never said she did. I work in customer service & I can't believe how she treated me. My friend was also appalled, I've never seen this woman before in the other times I've been there. I came from the Goodyear area and don't know about coming back. I would have lost my job had I acted that way to a guest. Their food is great but WOW, kindness was lacking today!
