  • My regular stylist is on maternity leave so decided to try Smart Style based on reviews. I apparently wasn't fortunate enough to receive services from one of the better stylists ( not named in any of the reviews). Mine was a nice person but I was shocked at her seemingly lack of skill, imagination and ability to offer advice &/or suggestions. She seemed very confused and unsure of herself which made me very nervous. I offered many pictures but walked out with nothing resembling what I wanted. I came home and had to cut off at least an inch from one side to even out my cut. She might be better with children's cuts or men's clipper cut.
