Yes, Emergency Arts has all of that and a limitless fountain of lattes thanks to the in-house Beat coffee shop. It's a bizarro shopping mall in the best kind of way. You must be a brave explorer to truly discover everything. Don't be afraid of taking a wrong turn or bouncing up an uncertain staircase, a pot of indie spirited gold may await you! Read something from the Zine Library or get your bike washed at the Fremont Street Bike Clinic. The options are virtually endless on how you may be able to kill time at Emergency Arts. Their website puts it best: "For Culture Seekers and Creative Minds....and...Most recently, the Vegas Tech Movement...we welcome you!"
