  • Made reservations through Expedia to rent a car and return it to chicago airport for $146 not a bad price. However I got insurance for extra $60 at Expedia. Enterprise did not acknowledge the reservation and stab me with $150 for 6 days insurance!!! When I told her she said $125 she said she added all fees and taxes. Another car rental thief. I complaint to the manager because they insisted to have a credit card when before Enterprise was more flexible about it. They demanded a return airline ticket. Hello, I made a reservation specifically to drive back to chicago with my things. I like the Toyota I rented and I am happy to have a car but I don't respect companies taking advantage of their customers with a $150 charge for insurance. What a rip off.
