  • So I spilled water on my macbook. I went to Apple soon as they open. We were greeted with a nice applaud? The reps are very friendly and quick to help. At the genius bar, I told her what happened. She took my macbook at the back. She came back in less than 10min. She said she didnt find any liquid on it and she couldnt get it to turn on. She said that I have to send it to repair to have the motherboard replaced. It will cost about $1400. For that price, you might as well buy a brand new one! So I look for sec opinion with ABC comp. They were able to give me more info and he checked it out and cleaned it. It turned out my macbook went in to safe mode and only the battery was affected. My laptap is fixed! It has been one year and no issues!
