  • Great price! Appreciated the free use of high powered vacuum on the way in. I did have a small bit of damage to my car from the car wash. (I bet you're wondering why I have them 5 stars, huh?) Well, I called them and they had great customer service. They said they never had something like this happen before- the car wash ripped off my left rear tail light. (And I believe them... I have the unluckiest car of ever. haha) After assessing the damage, they replaced the part for free. Everything was communicated to Kollinger to have it fixed and the whole process went really smoothly.
