Labor and delivery;
I visited this hospital three days in a row before actually delivering my daughter on October 26. Since I got the stomach flu towards the end of my pregnancy, I suffered dehydration and had to rush to the hospital every night for three days. The staff was very friendly and polite with me even though they got used to seeing me in the Triage room all weekend they provided me with great customer service and got me feeling better very quickly. I was sent home repeatedly after being treated but ended up delivering the morning of the 26th. Arriving to the triage room I was very sick and threw up on one of the nurses helping me out, instead of looking upset and making a big deal she reassured me she was okay. I threw up all over her face and scrubs but she politely told me to not worry about it and left the room to change. They provided me with a room shortly after realizing my water broke and I was 4 cm dilated. The nurse was amazing, her name was Mryna and she did everything she could to make me feel comfortable and better. My labor lasted more than 12 hours and resulted to a c section but she reassured me the whole time she will do her best to delivery me a healthy baby. After finding out I needed an emergency c section, she told me she wouldn't leave my side until the end and we were in this together. She made me feel like family and treated me with so much love and care. After delivering my baby I stayed for four days and the nurses were amazing. They all provided me with quick care and helped me feel much better, I told my husband I didn't want to leave the hospital at all since I was very well taken care of. Thelma helped us with our discharge and she also did amazing, helping us take our baby girl to the car and loading up the items. I overall had the best experience in this hospital and I would recommend it time after time, the rooms are huge, the food is great and the staff perfects the hospital.
