rev:text	I'm a little sided on this place. I came to Charlotte two months ago I would like to say and during this time the power in the garage was out. So paying for parking when the gates were open at night was a slap on my hand because the public were able to park without paying. When I complained about it and explained the gate being open prior to the "power outage" I was told to call, called and told to talk to the company that handles the garage. Well being the power out and the weekend, no one was available. I contacted Hilton and I was told to talk to manager at the location I left. Long story short I did not get help in that situation. Fast forward, I came again to Charlotte for a conference and we were to stay at this hotel(how ironic) Let me say my room was not clean, the bathroom did not look clean. Day two after workout, come to the room without bath towels so had to run out and find someone to get me two, luckily housekeeper was nearby. I'm assuming just an oversight. Next day bed sheets were same as day two. Throughout my three days and an extra day only thing I can say is the first night a house keeper which I hate I forgot his name, I believe Ralph but he went above and beyond to find me a refrigerator. He was indeed the only thing I can say that I appreciated from my stay.
