| - So, the last time I was in the place, I had a good 20 minute wait to check out. Bored, standing in line, I caught the asst. manager walking past:
Me: Why are the lines so long.
Him: We had a few..
Me: I know.. call offs. Why don't you just hire more people, and people that will show up.
Him: We can't find anyone.
Me: In this economy, no one is looking for a job?
Him: Yes, we hire people, but they fail the drug test.
Me: Well, then try to hire a better employees, pay a little more.
Him: Corporate won't go for that.
That pretty much sums up the wal mart experience, you get what you pay for. They try to go cheap, whether it be employees or product quality, and you end up getting the short end of the stick.
