  • I agree with the comments. No customer service. I was one day late on a mortgage payment and they refuse to waive the late charge. I'm an attorney and have clients like Wells Fargo, BOA, GE Capital, etc. and have seen numerous waivers of late charges and other things go on. I'm just shocked at the lack of customer service offered by Roundpoint.
