I can't say if the dentist is good or not because I have not personally used them nor will I ever due to the front office's questionable practices. Recently a 3rd party requested that I provide Augusta dental with my new insurance, I chose not to. So because they had a appointment for someone who was covered by my previous dental insurance without my knowledge or permission (I'm the policy holder) they did research and "found" my new insurance. The only reason I ever knew about this is because there was a mistake on my new insurance, and Augusta called me and asked me to fix it. They never asked me if it was ok to proceed, and I would have not known that they used my ins until after the fact if this mistake was not on my insurance. Quick tip to the front office, if someone does not provide information to you that means they don't want you to have it, doing "research" to get such information seems unethical. I could be wrong about that so I will call my insurance provider to get their opinion.
