  • This review is for the service center only. Do not make the same mistake I made. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. JUST. DON'T. DO. IT. One star only because they're conveniently located for me & they had a loaner available (and I think I have to). Service is subpar; friendly enough, but obviously no real care for the customer or concern over cultivating repeat business. Have an aire like they assume you don't have a choice. YOU DO. GO ELSEWHERE! But the bigger issue is their price gouging. They tried to charge me double what services would cost if you go to a regular service shop. Okay, it's a dealership, so yes I know they're always more expensive, but I went there in hopes that the issue would be covered by warranty. Alas it wasn't. Not only did they try to overcharge me for the services that are needed, they then tried to suggest other service that aren't necessary and overcharge me for those too. I declined all services, since not covered by warranty and is much cheaper to have done elsewhere. So go to pick up the car & they charge me $175 for a diagnostic. They did basically nothing & charged me $175 saying that's the standard diagnostic fee?! Since when?? $50-75 may be standard; $175 is outrageous! This was their second chance for me. Previously had the same car in there to repair the coolant system (thankfully that was covered by the warranty). Had to take it back within a month with it still leaking coolant, only to find out the coolant reservoir got cracked. They would not admit fault (oh no, I'm sure it just cracked on its own within a month of them monkeying around with it...) and tried to overcharge me for a new reservoir. Was able to get them down to a reasonable price (although should have been no charge since they cracked it), so thought I'd give them another chance. That was my mistake and I paid for it, but I won't do it again. And I strongly recommend you don't waste your time and money here either.
