  • I started Sumits yoga in May and love it. They make you feel very welcome and stress that it is your practice and do what you can. Makes you feel comfortable if you need to rest. I love the class , always feel so good when I leave. At the end of the class, the teacher places a cold lavender scented towel which feels like a treat after a great workout. The studio is immaculately clean, shower area is huge with private area to dress. I liked that you can rent a mat or yogi toes if you forget yours and sell water and other drinks. They have a nice retail area with yoga clothes, mats, yogi toes and great lavender products. They have a great product called immuni mist which is a perfect product to clean your yoga mat without chemicals...great now that flu season is coming. Addicted...can't wait to go back. Try it,you won't be disappointed.
