  • DO NOT RENT FROM THIS MANAGEMENT GROUP. They're thieves! Had problems with them for 15 months. Communication problems. Wing was NEVER nice or pleasant to speak with. They kept $1500 of our money and on top of that charged us another $300 professional cleaning fee when we moved out. Per the contract the tenet is not even responsible for a "professional" cleaning fee, however, they threatened to put us into collections if we did not abide to their games. So, in the end we were charged on top of everything a $600 cleaning fee for a condo that is 30 years old and was a dump :) Save yourself from all this trouble and from dealing with these people. HORRIBLE!!
