Hi, we brought in a company laptop infected by a virus. It was bad! We couldn't open up any files.
They diagnosed our machine for free. We declined the service, at the moment, because our manager was not there to authorize the repair. Like I said, we paid ZERO for them to look at it. The next week, when our manager was in, we took it back for the repair. The laptop is now working and all of our files are there without any issues . Great customer service and prices!
