  • needed to get some recall computer issues dealt with with my year and model of civic the other day. made a call 1st, spoke with a nice rep. there told me to come in and ask for him and they'd take care of me within an hour. i did and they did. great rep. i brought a lil breakfast to make the time go even faster. waited in the lobby and read the usa today. a nice visit. didn't cost me anything and they cleaned my car that was need of a wash if i'm honest.
