  • I had an absolutely terrible experience at this urgent care and would urge anyone to avoid this place at all costs. I would give it -3 stars if I could. I was miserable with the flu but was out of town for a work training. I made an appointment, came on time, directly after work and still waited for well over an hour. When I got in, I met with a female PA who just went through the motions, nothing special. At the end, I had a few questions about my birth control. I had left it at home and just asked if there was any way they could fill my prescription. It has messed me up the last time I was off it, but she instead told me bluntly just to have self control and walked away. I was sick, waited WAY too long in that awful place and was shocked at how unprofessional and uncaring this woman was. The next kicker is that this visit was 2 years ago, but I JUST got the bill for this visit. Somehow they read my address wrong and sent bills that got returned to sender. I just got a call the other day (TWO YEARS LATER) asking for my address and got the bill in the mail. This place is terrible...
