  • This oasis in the middle of the desert is one of the best places a person with a passion for Dolphins can ever visit. From the friendliest trainers to the most spectacular customer service. They are not only passionate about helping your visit be amazing, but they are willing to go the extra mile. That is what makes them so exceptional! With the very affordable Trainer for the Day program, you are allowed into any place in the facility, get to meet all the trainers and all the dolphins. In SeaWorld, it seems as if they are trying too hard to get back from the Blackfish scandal, and the Miami Seaquarium gives the impression that they are rushing you to get out and bring the next batch in. You will not find a more affordable place or friendliest staff members whom will be willing to teach and share with you everything they know about dolphins; from their habitat to their learning techniques. It was my first time visiting Arizona and I could not have chosen a better place to go. The amount of happiness, joy, and knowledge is palpable in the air throughout the whole experience. If you have any doubts or questions before making a reservation, make sure to contact their Customer Service. Khiley Boren was the one that helped me; her patience is unmeasurable, and she will walk you through every step of the process. If you are looking for a place that will blow your mind, this one is definitely the one. The trainers I interacted with were: Sarah, Ashley, and Meg. My main recommendation to the visitor: Make your purchase online to get the best rate, and if possible, try visiting during the week. My main Recommendation to the Establishment: Find a way to make the pictures a bit more affordable. Instead of selling one picture for $50, maybe there is a way to sell 5 for $10. Coming from Manhattan was not only absolutely worth the time and expense, but I cannot wait to make the trip again! I recommend every single person to visit this establishment. Whether you are going to see dolphins for the first time, bring your kids, or get in the water yourself, this place is the best place to do so.
