  • Opened my Zesty Chicken & Black bean salad: No Chicken inside. Check your distributor because they messed up big time. The word "chicken" is the most distinguished word in the title of the salad. This has nothing to do with customer service, the baristas; it has to do with Starbucks quality. How's your quality check of your distributor? Ugh, so disappointing. At least the salad is leas calories now - but minus the extra protein for my workout later. Thank you Starbucks for my most look-forward-to-lunch of the day being shot down and short handed. And this salad is almost $7. Wasted money on a capitalistic company that is overpriced already and a PREPACKAGED meal is missing the MAJOR ingredient. Wtf.
