  • We currently live here. Positives: -The Maintenance crew are nice men. -They keep the outside area tidy and do their job. -The gate is finally closed at night. -The apartments are huge for the price you pay. -The apartment is very close to Stephanie and if you like shopping, it's ideal. Negatives: -Our car has had gas stolen 3 times. We finally had to buy a locked gas cap. The cap was stolen twice. -The police & firetrucks have showed up 3 times since we have lived here. It's only been a couple of months. -Recently, they lost our rent money. Thankfully, we kept proof that we paid on the 1st. We received an eviction notice and were very confused. **Most of my negative feelings about this place are because of the tenants that live here. It's not really management's fault. You get what you pay for. It's a very low cost apartment in Henderson. If you stay in your apartment and keep to yourself, you will be fine. Keep your receipts though!! Good life lesson after reading this review.**
