The exam was fine... charged extra for intrepreting or reading one of the tests provided. Frame selection had a wide selection for the size of office this is. Admittedly, we are accustomed to a more precise and scientific (I guess) method of measuring for lenses due to the larger practices we used prior to them. The resulting product was just not up to par with the quality of the larger offices. We had to keep going back for adjustments, new lenses, new frames. We are finally somewhat satisfied with the eyewear... but will not go back again for any help with these glasses.
During our times in the office, there was always someone coming for adjustments or picking up a replacement for glasses they were unhappy with. We are not the only ones.
If you have a single lens prescription, then you should be fine. Anyone who is used to the measurements and outcome of a larger office, stick to the ones you know.
