  • I've read the reviews and agree with some. I went to the phoenix location on Cave creek road. Drove there from 90 miles away on a Sunday when they were scheduled to open at 10. The worker was waiting outside due to the manager needing to come in and open and being about 1 hour away. Needless to say I was pretty miffed. When the store did open around 11 ish, the guys were super nice to me, nearly did 1:1 with me! Not only that, but the guy game me insane discounts. The leather jacket I bought is so NOT working and I threw away receipt, but I called and they are HAPPY to help me return it or whatever I need. I am happy about this for sure.
