Update: I've been getting lashes done here for three months. I've had no issues with them. I upgraded from sweetheart to rockstar and (on me) I didn't see a huge difference but like the feel. My first fill Lenny said there was barely anything to fill and that they held up well and that the texture of my hair holds them well. Because of medical issues I needed to schedule on the day of the third week. (As I only have one weekday off) I was assured this was okay. After scheduling a few appointments like this we were told our appointments would have to be maxed the day before three weeks or pay an extra $25. After reminding of previous conversation they said we were fine. My visit today once again there was an issue. Sadly, we did not schedule another appointment. The gentleman continued telling us policy needs to be uniform and I completely understand that. I just wish policy was enforced from the beginning so I could have already found a different place. With medical appointments and an upcoming surgery I don't think I'll be able to switch to every two weeks.
But I still say the place is good quality. Today I had Ophelia and I adored her and her service. Just make sure your schedule works with their policy before you get hooked!

1st time getting my lashes done. I set up the appointment for my mom and I. We had Lenny (me) and Inha (my mom).
How it feels- this was a painless process. I am a very anxious person and I could not get my eyes to sit still. If you have trouble falling a sleep in well lit places expect to be a bit fidgety. My mom can fall asleep anywhere and did so during the visit.
Staff- everyone was friendly and helpful. I appreciated that Lenny was patient with my eye fidgeting, as I assume it was pretty annoying.
Atmosphere- the place was clean even the bathrooms. Seeing everyone else completely relaxed in their big comfy chairs automatically puts you at ease. Well designed place and the chairs make you feel at home.
The first thing that made me feel secure about the lashes is how Lenny brushed them. Which happened quite frequently throughout the process. It made me confident they wouldn't just fall off.
I went with a cat eye sweetheart and my mother went with the natural (but long) sweetheart. Mine are a good first step but I know next time I want longer and fuller. She wants shorter. Mine look very natural and exactly what I asked for this go around.
Overall the location, the salon, the staff, and service was great. 5th star will be based upon how they hold up! So I will post pictures from day 1- week 2.
