  • Naniwa-Taro is a small restaurant that sits maybe about 10 people. It's run by an old Japanese couple who make authentic Japanese hot food. Since it's only the two of them and they make everything fresh when you order, it can be a bit of a wait so be prepared for that. There is paid street parking right outside, but not many spots, hence the 4 stars. It is a short walk from the closest subway station which is Finch. I tried the Takoyaki and Pork Okonomiyaki combo, I enjoyed it. It was a reasonable amount of food for the price. Definitely will come back to try the curry, which I have heard is also good.
