  • I give the customer service 5 stars. Marcus and Keisha especially are superstars! Keisha was our sales associate and go to. She is very knowledgeable, helpful, personable but professional, and makes sure you're happy. She didn't pressure us but helped us find a mattress that suited us nicely. We had a problem with delivery and it ended up being a few days late. (Comped + Free delivery). It didn't get shipped with the mattress pad, and when I went back to the store to pick it up, it wasn't in stock. (Upgraded) My other half was leary to do business in the Steelyard but I dragged him down anyways. Because of Keisha's easy going, cheerful attitude and willingness to satisfy us, I didn't get chewed out for it. LOL
