I enjoy Hotel Indigos. I appreciate a good low-cost boutique hotel. I like how the decor is often quirky and bright and I like that there's always hard-surface flooring (I hate carpeting in hotel rooms...gross).
There's always something unconventional about the rooms, so my husband and I were placing bets about what would be the "weird" thing about the rooms in Cleveland. My husband joked that maybe there wouldn't be a bathroom door. Sure enough, our bathroom door was a sliding frosted glass barn door that didn't lock (or shut all the way). So he half-wins.
Pros:
-The bed was extremely comfortable. The pillows, linens, and mattress were great!
-There was a fridge in the room (I've been to Hotel Indigos where this wasn't the case)
-Aveda bath products
-Check in and check out was a breeze.
Cons:
-We stayed two nights and no one came to clean our room after our first night.
-The thermostat was set to 80 degrees which is a little excessive. Also, the thermostat had a low battery, so every time we would try to lower it, it would turn off and reset to 80.
