  • I like the gym so far, it is clean has great equipment and gives me the workout of a lifetime, I feel refreshed and definitely pushed during the workouts, Jeremy has been incredibly helpful during the process so far answering my questions, even being patient with my kids, always smiling and nice when I walk through the door, I also cannot say enough about Carlos he is a real gem, he's been very welcoming in class and given me pointers about technique and making me go all the way and not giving up it's about 20 of us in the class but Carlos makes you feel like it's a personal training session. He's fantastic! And a Beast!
