  • Just go somewhere else. We had an unprofessional and unknowledable salesman named Alexi. We told him our budget was 5,000 to 7,000. He ran us around the lot to cars that had just been traded in and were not ready for resale yet. We then saw a 2012 Toyota Prius. He quoted me 'under 10,000' for the car without actually knowing how much it was. I test drove it and he said for us to come sit down and he would find out the price of the car since I liked it. He then brought me to his desk and had me SIT IN HIS CHAIR and fill out my paperwork while he went in a different room. He said I was probably faster than him at computers so I can fill it out myself to get the process moving along. Keep in mind I still had no idea how much the car cost. He then came back and said I should lie about my income and say I make more money... long story short the Prius ended up being 13,000 not under 10,000 like I was told. They tried to talk me into doing $450-500 car payments for a 4 year old car.... my boy friend asked him 4 different times what the interest rate was and was never able to give us an answer. I ended up purchasing a 2013 volkswagen from North Scottsdale and I could not be happier. Their professionalism doesn't compare to Mark Kia. Ask for Eric at Volkswagen N Scottsdale instead! He's awesome.
