rev:text	Where to start! The absolute worst communication and customer service I have ever experienced. Blake will look you right in the eyes and lie to your face by telling you that he will be there on a given day or by giving you a job completion date. Those days come and go with no communication from him whatsoever. He also steals from you, we have him over $1000 in deposits to purchase supplies, which we are not in possession of, to build two retaining walls along with sealing our pavers. He has yet to complete either job and the second completion date passed today with him starting the sealing of the pavers and leaving without so much as a word and never returning. When we contacted him, he swore up and down that both jobs would be completed today and we have yet to see him again! We also hired him to maintain our landscaping and had to practically beg him to do that job for which we paid him $700 for the initial service, pesticide spraying of plants, trees and shrubs along with planting several new plants into our landscaping. Needless to say, since he has run off with over $1000 of our money, I stopped payment on the check from the other day. He is still in possession of several hundred dollars that he didn't earn! He does great work when you force him into doing it but getting him to follow through is a nightmare as another job is always more important or he comes up with some other excuse. Beware when paying this company to do any work before it is completed as you will live to regret it!
