  • I really want to give this company a good review, but two stars is really the best I can do. I was moving out of a two-bedroom condo and needed the carpets cleaned to get my deposit back. They were extremely nice and helpful on the phone, but that was the end of the good experience. There was never a call to confirm the appointment; I called that morning and was told that the cleaners were running a little late and I would receive a call when they were on the way. Perfect, no problem there. It gave me extra time to empty out the place. The cleaner--there was only one--was an hour late. He was friendly to a fault, so chatty that he would stop working for 5-10 minutes at a time to talk about everything and anything. I kept trying to tell him to keep working, I told him I needed to be somewhere later that evening, I even sat outside in my car but he wandered down to chat some more. He brought his girlfriend with him and asked me to ask her to come inside and hang out, since she was too shy to come in without an invitation. I'm not an uptight person, I was very glad to have a cheerful, friendly cleaner at first. After three hours and exhausting conversation, I was out of patience. He asked if I had kids, I told him that I had dogs, kids weren't on my mind just yet. He then turned to my boyfriend and told him I was a baby hater, a topic he continued to bring up the whole time he was (supposed to be) working. He told me things that I didn't need to know about his baby's mama, about his girlfriend, about his preference for Asian women. And then his girlfriend wanted to use my laptop to check her Facebook. The carpet looked ok and the price was fair for a deep cleaning, but I felt I should have gotten a discount for not shoving him out the window. And then..!! He dumped all the dirty water in my neighbor's lawn! So I had to rake all the dirt and dog hair out of their bushes. NOT OK.
