  • I ordered the Holiday Cookie Milk Shake ("Our creamy, hand-dipped milk shake is made with premium vanilla ice cream blended with cookie butter, then topped with whipped cream and shortbread pieces. Served with a little extra in the tin" according to the website) and she gave me a chocolate milkshake with shortbread crumbs because she didn't know what cookie butter was. She didn't even offer a refund when I clearly told her I wanted cookie butter in it (the only reason why I drove 10 miles to this location)
