  • This company does not care about their customers! I was given a price by Jim Bentley, the manager, and when I went to pick up the job the price was $100 over what I was quoted! I figured it was a mistake, as it was not Jim who completed the job, I spoke with him, he remembered giving me the quote, but he knew I needed the job so I had to pay over $100 more than the managers quote! The job was all set up, pdf with no bleeds, all they needed to do was print them. I have been using printers all over the US as I travel with my work and this is the first time I was taken advantage of due to my schedule. I use yelp to call around and get pricing for my prints, most of the other printing companies gave me a cheaper price than what I had to pay. Use Impact Printing, they are cheaper and honest. Getting home I see they took the liberty to shrink my file so some of my prints are pixelated! The worst place I have delt with in 11 years of printing!
