  • Terrible customer service !!! twice the device had to been order because new representative did not know what she was doing when ordering my device. I called and got billing service they hung up on me when calling to return the device. The device was supposed be picked up the very next day, but four days later had to call again and got drop calls. finally I get someone to send out UPS to retrieve the device to send back. I hope my doctor never use them again In my opinion I hope my insurance never pays them a dime for their services. I would not recommend them to anyone but I gather there the only service in town what a shame.
