| - I just checked my credit card. I was charged $199 for services that I did not receive. They billed my credit card twice. These people have not shown up to my apartment once. They have canceled on me three times within 1 week. There will be a complaint going to the police. I feel that this is theft!
I wrote this review the previous day:
I am very disappointed with this company. I have been canceled twice by their "pros" within two days of each other. These "pros" do not act "pro"fessionally whatsoever. They accept a booking, then they cancel at last moment (less than 2 hours before the scheduled appointment).
I had an appointment with Sunny L. today. He told me over the telephone that he could not make it today due to the weather. I agreed because I was being considerate. He promised me that he would be there the next day, but I have to inform the company and change it on my booking page. I did as he advised to do. You cannot speak to a live person at Handy. You can only email them. After several emails to the company, they changed the date to the following date. Sunny L, then accepts another booking when he, first, accepted mine. When I emailed Handy about my concern, they tell me that they are individually contracted, and they have no control over which bookings they accept.
Sunny L and Handy point the fingers at each other, and they do not take any responsibility whatsoever. You change your day, so they can come clean your home. They suddenly cancel last minute, and you are stuck with no replacement. They give you a lot of excuses, and they point fingers at each other. If they can't keep their commitments to you the customer/client, do you really trust them in your home? I think not!
