An open letter to Air Canada (with a 0 star rating):
Dear Air Canada,
Thanks for finding my lost bag, only 6 days after my flight. Unfortunately, it has been in the Toronto baggage office for 4 days since it was identified as my bag, but the Central Baggage office can't make a phone call to Toronto to have my bag loaded on a plane. I certainly hope you can figure out a way to get me my bag before the dirty laundry in it smells up the office in which you are holding it hostage. The only recourse you've given me is filing a complaint through your website, but you say you'll get back to me within 40 days. A lot of germs can grow on dirty clothes in 40 days. With all the flights you have between Toronto and Los Angeles each day, it should be easy to reunite me with my bag. Apparently you think otherwise. Please find a way to get my bag to me. I really want to wear my blue striped shirt and read to my son his new book.
