  • Horrible customer service. I've been going to this location for years and today I was not treated appropriately. I came in with enough time to get a pedicure and manicure. I sat there for 30 mins before I was told by Kathy that she couldn't service me and I should come back tomorrow for Sue because she had to leave and go pick up her husband. I then asked could I be assisted by someone else and they all gave me a blank stare look like deer caught in the headlights as if I was speaking a language in which is unheard of. I was told no. I then stated why have me sit here for 30 mins to be told I cannot be serviced.. I'm furious and they clearly are a bunch of incompetent fools. I will never return to this location at all and will take my business to Allure which is located on ridge as well. Great job you fools, You have lost a loyal customer.
