This place should be shut down.
My niece went here to have her car repaired. 3 days later and they still had done nothing no updates or anything. The insurance agreed to pay everything then Kyle called them and said he didn't feel the damage was consistent... Ultimately after alot of lies (from them at midway) and alot of miscommunication we finally got the issue taken care of but no thanks to this place.
Kyle denied ever saying that to the adjuster and made it out like the adjuster said that himself. If I can help one person avoid the headache my niece had than at least the review was worth it.
The management refuses to give their last names (which i easily found online as Steve Davis) they all pass the phone around just hoping the customer will stop calling. They say all the calls are recorded (then they should discipline the liars instead of cover for them)!!!
Guy named Larry answered the phones acted like a receptionist to my niece but according to their own website he is the manager of the Collision center. I assume they can't get anything straight in there.
Then they told my niece to pick up her car (nothing had been fixed) because they didn't feel she would be able to come to an agreement with the insurance (because they said they didn't feel the damage fit the claim) when confronted they claimed they never stated that and that "farmers is just saying that".
This place is a nightmare!!!!!
And IF you don't feel like you did anything wrong then why would you say you don't give last names??? Customers who were happy easily got last names!! Funny how that works lol
